How it works
1. Book a time
Use the booking form on this website or call ESB directly to arrange a time that suits you.
2. Alison comes to you
Alison from ESB will visit your home, look over your items and agree on a minimum sale price for each one. No obligation at this stage.
3. We list your items
ESB takes your items, photographs them, writes the listings and posts them on the most effective platforms like eBay, Facebook marketplace and Depop.
4. 3-week sales campaign
Your items are actively listed for three weeks. If something sells, ESB will handle all the packaging and postage.
5. You get paid or your item back!
Once payment clears, you receive 70% of sale proceeds after costs by cash or direct transfer. If an item doesn't sell within three weeks, it's returned to you - no charge.

We take 30% of sale proceeds after costs. For example, if your item sells for $100, shipping costs $10 and eBay fees cost $2, you will make $61.60.

Fill in the form here and arrange a time. Alison will come to your place and collect your items.

If your items don’t sell Alison will deliver them back to you or, if you prefer, we can donate them on your behalf.

Yes! During our meeting we will discuss a minimum amount you wish to sell the item for. We will aim to sell your goods for the highest price but we will ensure we do not sell it below your minimum for sale price.

You can choose to be paid in cash (delivered to you in person) or via direct bank transfer.

Alison will list all items within 5 business days of having them. Alison will attempt to sell your items for up to 3 weeks. Once your item sells, is posted and successfully reaches your buyer, you can expect your money within two business days.
